• We do not allow retail/manufacturing or resellers; by applying, you confirm that all work is handmade/handcrafted.

• We encourage you to have some sort of demonstration or activity (paid or free) to lean into the interactive nature of this festival. Past examples include demonstrating oil-based clay, using a drop-spindle, woodturning, blacksmithing, etc. Do you plan to have a demonstration or activity, and if so what?
• This is an outdoor festival. Vendors will be required to provide: A tent and weights (buckets with water or sand work great), tables/chairs, and any other display needs for your booth.
• Booths are 10×10’ each. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their display is staffed at all times, and for paying all applicable sales taxes. They must remain open for business for the entire festival, no early breakdowns. Set-up and parking information will be sent to the selected vendors after booth fees have been paid.
• I, (herein Vendor), will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Engage Kingsport and The City of Kingsport, including without limitation, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers (herein Indemnified Parties) from and against: Any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, defense costs, or liability of any kind or nature, including attorney fees, that an Indemnified Parties may sustain or incur or which may be imposed upon it for injury to or death of persons, or damage to property as a result of, arising out of, or in any manner connected with Vendor's performance, including its officers, employees, and agents, under the terms of this Agreement, except any liability arising out of the sole negligence of an Indemnified Parties.
