Food Vendors

Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Holiday Market scheduled for November 21, 2025 from 6PM-9PM at Weslaco City Hall Parking Lot.  This event is held in conjunction with the Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony, and other festive activities.

Vendor Application Fees are as follows:

Food Vendor-$55

Arts/Crafts Vendor-$35

Informational Booth-$35

Chamber Member Booth-$25

Chamber Member Food Booth-$40

 Please read the following information carefully and plan accordingly.

I understand:

• Application fee is non-refundable.
• I will bring my own 10x10 tent, table and chairs for inside my tent
• Tent must be tied/weighed down securely.
• I understand that the Weslaco Chamber reserves the right to prohibit at the time of entry or the time of the market any material or presentation found offensive or illegal.
• I may not resell or sublet my booth to another vendor.
• Vendor location will not be reserved unless payment has been received by November 14, 2025 at 5 PM.
• All vendors must remain open, on Friday, November 21st from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
• As per City Code Enforcement, market vendors may not serve samples without a city permit. Booths providing any food handling without a permit will be shut down.
• Booth vendors agree to hold the Weslaco Holiday Market, Weslaco Chamber, City of Weslaco and its agents harmless from any and all liability whatsoever.
• I authorize the Weslaco Chamber to use photographs of my booth/truck during the event. I understand that these photographs will be utilized for promotional, recruitment, and informational purposes.
• I understand guidelines are subject to change.

Any person or persons abusing the above policies will be asked to leave the event grounds immediately and may not be allowed to participate the following year as a vendor.
