WE CANNOT ACCEPT FOOD/BEVERAGE VENDORS,PET VENDORS, OR COLORADO BRAND VENDORS AT THIS EVENT.
(Small packaged snacks such as beef jerky, cookies, and cake pops are permitted.)
Location: The Golden Mill – 1012 Ford St, Golden, CO 80401
Date & Time: Saturday, November 16 | 12 PM – 4 PM
Times / Set Up
• Load-in begins: 10:30 AM
• Event hours: 12:00 – 4:00 PM
• Load in Begins at 10:45 AM
• Vendors must check in with Event staff by 11:30 AM and be ready by 12:00 PM
• Vendors must be off premises by 4:30 PM
• Vendors shall stay in their designated space and remain open the entire event
• All vendors are responsible for personal booth set-up. Vendors shall stay in their designated space and shall not infringe on other vendors
Booth

•Available Table Sizes:7-Large Metal ( 6x2.5) 4-Wooden Medium ( 6x2)
7-Small Metal ( 3x2)
• Bring your own display and table cloth
• Booth Space Provided day befor the event
• Bring information and goodies (handouts, freebies, etc.) – the more, the better!
• Vendors must maintain their space in a clean and sanitary condition, leaving it clean when leaving
• No trash may be left; no smoking or alcohol consumption in vendor areas
Locations
• Provided by Elevate Vendor Events (EVE) at least two weeks in advance
• Events are held throughout the Denver-Metro area, with new locations opening in Colorado Springs and Fort Collins
Payment / Refunds / Cancellations
• All payments are made by credit card
• Refunds are not issued, if event is canceled a credit will be issued
• We do not practice exclusivity for events with 40+ vendor spaces, but will attempt to limit like vendors
• Participants must notify EVE two weeks in advance if unable to attend. A $100 no-show fee applies for failing to notify
• If projected snowfall of 6 inches or more occurs between 3:00 AM and 8:00 AM on event day, a cancellation decision will be made by 12:00 PM. Vendors will be rescheduled; refunds are not issued
Giveaways & Sampling
• All taxes, insurance, and permits are the vendor’s responsibility
• Vendors may offer samples of their products following proper hygiene, sanitation, and Colorado market guidelines
• Samples must be offered only at the vendor booth
• No cannabis or mushroom samples allowed
Licensing & Regulations
• All vendors must comply with city, county, state, and federal laws
• Copies of licenses, permits, inspections, and certificates must be provided with the application
• EVE and the event location are not liable for vendor noncompliance
Insurance (if applicable)
• Vendors must name EVE as additional insured
Vendor Selectivity
• EVE reserves the right to prohibit any person or product from selling at the event based on demand, laws, health codes, and Board discretion
• Rules may change for special events at the Board’s discretion
Enforcement of Rules
• Violations must be reported to the Event Host or Event Marketing Coordinator
• Violations may result in expulsion from current and future events
We follow four main criteria when determining event cancellations:
School District Closure: Is the school district in the event area closed?
Snow Accumulation: Is more than 6 inches of snow expected?
Venue Decision: Has the venue contacted us to cancel?
Rain: Is rain forecasted during event hours?
If any of the above criteria are met, the event will be canceled and a credit will be issued towards your next event.
