Step into the magic of the season as a Holiday Village Vendor at the Oregon State Fair & Exposition Center!

 

Our Holiday Village transforms the fairgrounds into a truly winter wonderland filled with twinkling lights, festive music, visits with Santa, a cheerful carnival, delicious seasonal food and beverages, and joyful experiences for guests of all ages.

 

Vendors are the heart of this holiday celebration—offering everything from handcrafted gifts and cozy winter apparel to specialty foods, home décor, and unique stocking stuffers.

 

This year, we’re excited to welcome everyone indoors to the heated Historic Poultry Building, where guests can shop, sip, and celebrate in comfort no matter the weather.

 

Come be part of one of Oregon’s most festive traditions and help us spread holiday cheer—one booth, one smile, and one special gift at a time! ✨

 

 As a commercial exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Present your offerings in a high-traffic area during the event.
  • Engage directly with event attendees, building meaningful connections.
  • Expand your reach and visibility within a vibrant marketplace.


Please complete all sections of the application, ensuring accuracy for the opportunity to secure your spot. Applications are subject to review and approval by the Oregon State Fair and Exposition Center.

About the event

Holiday Village is scheduled for November 21st to December 21st, 2025, at the Oregon State Fairgrounds in Salem. Additional Information: • Hours: Operating hours typically range from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, running Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for five weekends. Holiday Village will be closed Thursday November 20th and Thursday November 27th. For more date details see map of times open attached. • Location: Oregon State Fairgrounds and Expo Center, 2330 17th Street NE, Salem, Oregon 97301. In the Forester Livestock Pavilion and the Historic Poultry Building. For the most current information and updates, visit the official Oregon State Fair and Exposition Center website.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS AN APPLICATION FOR SPACE ONLY, AND IS NOT A COMMITMENT BY THE OREGON STATE FAIR AND EXPOSITION CENTER TO RENT SPACE TO ME. I CERTIFY ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS APPLICATION IS TRUE AND ACCURATE TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE.

 

By my signature on this application, should I be assigned a Commercial Exhibit Space:
 
·         I AGREE that I, EXHIBITOR/VENDOR remain responsible for complying with the OSFEC rules, policies, and regulations, as currently drafted.  OSFEC has the right to amend from time to time.

 

·         I AGREE to hold harmless and release from liability the Oregon State Fair and Exposition Center from all claims for loss or damage of any nature caused by me or my exhibit.

 

·         I AGREE to expressly assume all risks of harm to me or my exhibit, including harm resulting from the negligence of other exhibitors or visitors.

 

·         I AGREE to indemnify (to pay any losses, damages, or costs, including legal costs incurred by) The Oregon State Fair and Exposition Center and to hold them harmless concerning claims for harm to me or my exhibit and for claims made by others for any harm caused by me or my exhibit while at 2025 Holiday Village.
