The Holiday Walk runs 12 PM – 8 PM on Montana Avenue in Santa Monica. Accepted vendor categories prioritize non-competing businesses; food vendors are not permitted.

Vendors must provide their own lighting as the event continues after dark. Access to electrical power is not available; vendors must plan accordingly. Setup and parking details will be sent with booth assignments.

Terms & Conditions

All vendor applications are subject to approval.

Setup and parking details will be sent with booth assignments.

For breakdown, vehicles will not be allowed onto the street until after 8 PM—no exceptions.

Cancellations made more than two weeks prior to the event are eligible for a refund, minus a $25 nonrefundable processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within two weeks of the event. Vendor fees are non-transferable.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Prices

Corporate 10′ × 10′ Booth — Rentals not included	$500.00	Non-refundable	For larger companies and organizations — with more than 10 employees. Rentals (tents, tables, chairs) are not included and must be purchased separately.
Small Business 10′ × 10′ Booth — Rentals not included	$350.00	Non-refundable	For independent retailers, makers, or businesses with 10 employees or fewer. Rentals (tents, tables, chairs) are not included and must be purchased separately.
Premium Booth Upgrade (10′ × 20′)	$250.00	Non-refundable	Upgrade to a larger footprint in a corner or high-traffic location, perfect for added visibility and expanded displays. Each space measures 10′ × 20′. Rentals (tents, tables, chairs) are not included and must be purchased separately. This upgrade is an add-on. A Small Business or Corporate Booth must be purchased before adding the Premium Booth Upgrade.
Tent (10' x 10')	$150.00	Non-refundable	Tents will be set up and properly weighted before vendors arrive.
Table	$15.00	Non-refundable	Unfinished wood tables (6′) will be set up prior to vendor arrival. Tablecloths are recommended and not available for rent.
Chair	$3.00	Non-refundable
