About the application
The Puyallup Meeker Days Festival is a community celebration spanning several counties & cities in the South Puget Sound. Meeker Days promotes cultural, educational, and celebrates the history of the region. It has been held in Puyallup, Washington since 1939. This year will mark the 87th annual Meeker Day’s Festival!

Terms & Conditions
This application is intended for commercial food vendors only. If your food items are pre-packaged, please complete the Arts & Crafts vendor application.
Disclaimer: Meeker Days Food vendors are required to submit their entire menus for approval. Menus must be approved by The Festival. The Festival reserves the right to strike items from a submitted menu. Should approved food vendors be selling items on site not on the approved menu they will be asked to remove the item from the menu and jeopardize acceptance to the festival in future years. Meeker Days does not guarantee exclusivity, but will not saturate the festival with the same food types.

Application Submission All applications are submitted through our online application form. Applications must include a valid UBI number, photos, and application fee payment to be considered. Any application received with missing information or payment will not be reviewed. The application fee of $35 is due at time of submitting your application. The application fee is non-refundable.
Applications will be reviewed on a monthly basis through March and then on a bi-weekly basis through April. Deadline to apply is Friday, May 8, 2026

10x10: $825
10x20: $1,350
10x30: $2,100
Food Truck: $1,400
Booth fees will be invoiced at the time of application approval. Payment will be due 30 days from invoice date.

Legal Agreement: Should a vendor, at any time, occupy the premises in a manner contrary to these Rules and Regulations, upon request of the Festival officials, vendor shall immediately cease such offending conduct. Failure to comply as requested shall be cause for revocation of this contract an expulsion from the festival. Upon revocation Vendor shall promptly vacate the premises. Upon failure to vacate, the Festival shall remove all property of vendors from the premises at the vendor's expense. The Festival is relieved and discharge from any and all loss or damage caused by such removal. The Festival shall not be responsible for storage or safekeeping of property so removed. Failure to comply with these rules will result in forfeiture of booth space with no refund returned.
