About the application

Requirements: Non-refundable application fee: $35.00 Images: 5 Menu Certificate of Liability upon acceptance Please thoroughly read over the entire Food Court Vendor Application Rules, Limitation, and Procedures (attachment below), before filling out and submitting an application. A submitted application constitutes a contract to follow those rules and regulations and accept Festival terms (below).

Terms & Conditions

A vendor understands that the space size they lease shall accommodate their unit, including any hitch and awnings and that they will be charged for additional space should they go over their designated area. Space is limited, and all equipment, supplies, and displays must be located within the dimensions of the designated space. The overall appearance of the vendor’s vending area, as well as the vendor’s staff, is considered for involvement in future events. Vendors agree to keep their lease space and surrounding area clean and clear of all garbage and debris. Within their own space, vendors will provide garbage containers for their customers’ use. By submitting this application, the applicant agrees to have reviewed this entire application and to abide by the requirements set forth by this application, certifying all work for sale is handmade by the seller and not mass-produced. Furthermore, by submitting this application, the applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Jekyll Island Authority from any claims whatsoever arising from the applicant’s participation as a vendor and any theft, loss, or damage to the person or property of the applicant while in possession or under the supervision of Jekyll Island Authority during the Shrimp & Grits Festival. No refunds or credits will be issued for vendor cancellation, inclement weather cancellation, or an act of God.

10'x21' Food Court Vendor Space $560 Non-refundable Fee includes space to accommodate food truck/stand, one (1) 110-volt 20 amp, and access to non-potable water.

  • In order for the artist application to be considered and reviewed by the festival committee, the vendor must have all of the following: Four different photos of the vendor's product. One photo of the vendor's truck/stand as it will be at our festival.
