🎄 Experience the Magic of the Season in Fort Mill! 🎄

Celebrate the holidays with us as the Town of Fort Mill comes alive with festive cheer during the Fort Mill Christmas Village & Lighting of the Tree on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Fort Mill Amphitheater at Walter Elisha Park (345 N. White Street).

✨ Enjoy an evening filled with joyful sights and sounds as we light the Town’s stunning 50-foot Christmas tree and welcome the holiday season with performances by local school choirs, dance teams, and community entertainers.

🎁 Stroll through our Christmas Village to shop from local vendors, take part in kid-friendly activities, and hop aboard the trackless train. Savor delicious treats from our food trucks and don’t forget to visit Santa for a magical photo opportunity!

🌟 As the park lights up, Downtown Fort Mill will sparkle too—featuring twinkling holiday lights, beautifully decorated trees, and our wonderful local shops and restaurants ready to welcome you.

It’s going to be an enchanting evening for all ages—mark your calendars and celebrate the season with us!

🎨 Vendor Applications for the Christmas Village are open now through Thursday, October 31, at 5 p.m. Applications are open to Arts, Crafts, Businesses, Services, and Non-Profit Organizations only. (Food Truck Vendor spaces are full.)

1. Vendors must be interactive with our attendees. If you are not selling anything, you will need to have a fun game/activity for our attendees to enjoy.
2. All vendors must decorate their space with a Christmas theme.
3. There is no fee for approved vendors. 
4. Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance and vendor space.
5. Applications are accepted on a space-available basis.
6. Provide clear and accurate description of your products on the application.
7. If you sell unapproved items of any type, you may be asked to leave.
8. The Town cannot guarantee that other vendors will not duplicate your type of crafts or items.
9. All applications must be received by October 31, 2025. A Waitlist will be created; this event gets many applications.
10. You must read all the details communicated with you by the Town, including emails, Fire Safety Guidelines and Event Rules & Guidelines.
11. Load-in will be 2:30PM-4PM. All details will be emailed to you prior to the event. You must be set up and ready for attendees by 4:45PM.
12. I understand the Town of Fort Mill reserves the right to reject any application. I also understand that I am responsible for reading and adhering to the vendor rules and regulations as established by the Town of Fort Mill, as well as any applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. I hereby release Town of Fort Mill, all sponsors, promoters, and event organizers from any and all claims of sickness, injury or damages resulting from my participation in this event. I further understand that there will be no refunds in the event of cancellation by myself or by the Town of Fort Mill. By signing below, I agree to consider this application a commitment to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Town of Fort Mill. I understand that only items included in this application and approved by the Town of Fort Mill may be sold and/or given away during the event. I also consent to the Town of Fort Mill utilizing my photograph, image, and/or sound in promotional materials, including print, broadcast, and online media.
