Terms & Conditions
Application & Payment: Space is only confirmed once payment is received. Fees are non-refundable.
Setup & Breakdown: Vendors must set up during assigned times and remain open for the full event. Early breakdown is not permitted.
Space Use: Booth space is limited to the size reserved. No sharing or subletting spaces without approval.
Compliance: All vendors must follow local laws, venue rules, and health/safety guidelines.
Food Vendors: Must have proper permits and meet health department requirements.
Liability: Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Vendors assume all risk for their property and staff.
Conduct: Respectful behavior toward staff, attendees, and fellow vendors is required. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
