Terms & Conditions
Application & Payment: Tables are confirmed only after payment. All fees are non-refundable.
Setup & Breakdown: Artists must set up during assigned times and remain open for the full event. Early breakdown is not allowed.
Space Use: Display must fit within the reserved table/booth space. No sharing or subletting spaces without approval.
Artwork: All work must be your own original creations or licensed material. No counterfeit, bootleg, or unlicensed merchandise.
Conduct: Respectful behavior toward staff, attendees, and fellow artists is required.
Liability: Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Artists assume all risk for their property and staff.
Compliance: Artists must follow venue rules, safety policies, and local laws.
