Get ready to relish in the fun at the Pickle and JAM-Boree Fest! Join us on January 24, 2026, from 10 AM to 3 PM at the Port Orange City Center for a day brimming with tangy treats, toe-tapping tunes, and unique shopping. This family-friendly festival is free to attend and offers something for everyone: *Pickle & Jam Vendors: Sample and purchase a variety of pickles and jams from local makers. *Vendors & Artisans: Explore one-of-a-kind treasures, handmade goods, and local creations. *Pickle Eating Contest: Test your limits in our thrilling pickle eating competition. *Vote for Your Favorite Pickle and Jam Vendors: Help crown the crowd favorites! Live Music: Enjoy performances from talented local musicians. Face Painting & Bounce House: Fun activities to keep the kids entertained. Whether you're a pickle aficionado or just looking for a delightful day out, the Pickle and JAM-Boree Fest promises a dill-ightful experience for all ages!

Terms & Conditions

1. Only one(1) business per space: unless other arrangements have been made with additional costs. Vendors may ONLY promote the business they included on the application. 
Only those who sign up are able to work event, you cannot assign someone else to "cover" or "take over" your spot for you. If a partnership, both names need to be on agreement & signed. Businesses with more then two people and too large of a selection of unlike or multiple products will not be accepted.
Booth or table sharing and/or subletting is not allowed. Each vendor must purchase their own booth or table for their business. All those who will be at the booth, need to sign the waiver. No more than 2 at each 6 foot table spot. 10x10 spots can have 3. 


Smoking: if you are a smoker, do not smoke at your booth. Many vendors will have products like clothing that cannot have the smell get in them. Please smoke away from the event. 


2.Payments:  Payment is due  at the time of sign up


 3. Set up: starts at 7:45am for vendors, no earlier and  must be in your spot by 9am or you will have forfeited your spot and no refunds will be given. NO VEHICLES WILL BE LET IN THE CIRCLE AFTER 9AM.    
We will have a few volunteers able to help direct you to your spot, but be prepared to have help to unload, set up and break down.  All 10x10 vendors must have weights or sandbags for any canopies in use. Bottled water, gallon jugs, are not acceptable to use as weights.. Please insure that all four corners of your canopy have
weights attached. You are responsible for keeping yourself and everyone around you safe from your canopy flying from wind. If your canopies are not secured, you will be asked to go buy weights or heavy duty stakes if in the grass to secure asap or you will have to break down and leave with no refunds given. You must leave
the spot as you found it, free of any trash. All vendors must stay set up until the end of the event. Failure to follow these rules will result in rejection from future events.You cannot drive your vehicle in the circle to pack up until the event is over and all guests are out of the street. You cannot pull up onto the sidewalk with your
vehicle to unload. Anyone who parks on the sidewalk and results in the sidewalk being damaged is responsible for the cost to repair it.


 4. Vendor Parking: Once unloaded, cars must be moved across the street to the library side parking lot or green space by ball field. There is also parking behind the Lakeside Center in the Overflow Church parking lot. NO PARKING IN THE LAKESIDE COMMUNITY CENTER UNLESS A SPONSOR OR HAVE A DISABLED TAG.
 
 5. Photographs: Vendor Permits For the Love of Shopping event coordinators to take photographs of the booths and vendors and use these photographs for advertisement or promotion purposes.


 6. Professionalism: Anyone behaving in a rude or unprofessional manner will be asked to leave and will not be permitted to participate in future events. Please dress appropriately and professional, nothing that would be seen as offensive.


 7. Weather: These are rain or shine events, In any case that the weather prohibits the event and the venue shuts it down, no refunds will be issued, but we will do our best to reschedule the event for a future date. For the Love of Shopping Events is not liable if weather or other conditions prevent the vendor from attending and fulfilling the contractual obligation. No refunds will be made for weather, accident, health or other causes for non-participation.


8. If your business closes or you stop selling your product, the same rules apply. You cannot sell your spot or sublet to someone else. 

 9. Clean Up: All Vendors must leave the space as they found it, free of garbage, food, debry. If a vendor, vendors guest or vendorsleave a mess, stains the rug/carpet, damages their space in any way which results in a charge to For the Love of Shopping's Event planners, you will be invoiced for the amount the venue charges and it must be paid in full within 24 hours. 


10. Vendors aren't limited in vending at different event company events BUT we strictly uphold NO SOLICITING FOR OTHER EVENT COMPANIES at or during our events. Violations will terminate subsequent contracts.  Vendor are to be Professional which includes no defamation of For the Love of Shopping, LLC, it owners and volunteers at an event or after. If there are any conerns, they are to be brought to For the Love of Shopping, LLC.
 
 For the Love of Shopping will be advertising this event by way of our Website, Facebook Page, Boosting the event, Social Media and ads in local papers, plus signage at the event. We want all our events to be successful for you as a vendor. We do ask that you share the event on your social media, post directly in the event on Facebook and tell your friends/family and if you have a website. 


Vendor Waiver
 *For the Love of Shopping, the venue and their management and their participants, officers, agents and employees will not be held responsible for any liability claims, fire, theft or damage to person, business or products, including attorneys fees that may occur at the event. 
If an event gets cancelled due to a pandemic outbreak or Mother Nature/Act of God/Weather , we will do our best to reschedule for a future date if possible, but no refunds or credits will be issued in this situation. If we are able to reschedule and/or you cannot make the rescheduled/rain date, no refunds or credits will be issued.


 By signing this Agreement, I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection participation in this event. 


On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless For the Love of Shopping Event planners, it employees,member, agents, volunteers and representatives, of and from all claims, including all liabilities, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating there to. I also understand and agree that this release includes any claims basedon the actions, omissions, or negligence of For the Love of Shopping Event planners, its employees, members, agents, volunteers, and representatives, including if a COVID-19 infection occurs during, or after participation in any For the Love of Shopping Event. I also understand by not signing this release, I will not be able to participate in the event.

 

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by Arbitration in Florida undeer JAMS. A pre-arbitration mediation must be conducted before arbitration is inititated. If legal action is required to be initiated against
a vendor under this agreement, the vendor will be held liable for all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs an expenses incurred in connection with such proceedings. 


*We do highly recommend having your own liability insurance for the event, but not required.

Pickle Vendor 10x10 spot off City Center (participating in contest) $64.00 Non-refundable Contest Categories: Dill Pickles Sweet Pickles Spicy Pickles Professional/Your Specialty Pickled Vegetables If you don’t have entries for all categories, no problem—you will simply sample the ones you have available. Please let us know in advance which categories you’ll be participating in, so we can organize judging accordingly. Sampling & Judging Process: Judging will take place throughout the day, with one category judged each hour. There will be a maximum of 15 sampling judges per hour—this ensures a manageable and fair voting process. Attendees will come to our tent to pick up and return their voting forms. Each voter will receive a form for one category per hour—they will not be sampling every entry. Samples can be cut into bite-sized pieces. All jars must be clearly labeled with the category they belong to. Only one sample per voter in their assigned category, to give more attendees the chance to participate. Awards & Recognition: Voting will be tallied during the final hour of the event. Winners will receive a certificate and prize presented at the end of the day.

Hosted by For the Love of Shopping, LLC Are your jams, jellies, or pickled goods the best around? Put your flavors to the test at the Pickle & JAM-Boree Festival – a fun and tasty competition judged by our attendees! Each participating vendor will submit the following samples to a panel of 15 attendee-judges: ? One Strawberry Jam or Jelly ?️ One Spicy Jam or Jelly ? One Unique or Signature Flavor (your special creation!) PLUS: If you offer pickled items (like cucumbers, okra, beets, or something creative), you’re invited to enter the Pickled Items Contest as well! ?️ Winners in each category will receive a certificate and prize, along with the honor of being crowned the top flavor in their category!
