By submitting this application, the vendor agrees to comply with all festival rules and regulations, including local health and safety codes, fire department regulations, and insurance requirements. Vendors must provide all necessary permits and proof of liability insurance. Set-up and breakdown must occur during designated times, and booths must remain open for the full duration of the event. The festival reserves the right to deny or remove any vendor for non-compliance, inappropriate behavior, or failure to meet standards. Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by organizers. By signing below, the vendor acknowledges and accepts these terms.
