No generators will be allowed unless pre-approved by HRA with exceptions in the food area for food trucks only.

Food vendors are required to contact the Building Permit Dept City of Richmond TX and obtain their food permits prior to event. Call 281-232-6871. Food vendors will be inspected the day of the event.

Vendor acceptance is by approval only. Receipt of application is not a guarantee. Approved applicants will be notified as quickly as possible. Acceptance is based on reputation, booth/product/services mix, and sponsorships.

All decisions for booth acceptance and space assignments will be at the sole discretion of the Historic Richmond Association (HRA) Vendor Coordinators and HRA Executive Committee. All booths must be self supporting and present a professional appearance. HRA only supplies the designed size of space noted. Vendors must supply their own tents, chairs, tables, tent weights, etc. Vendors are responsible for clean-up and trash disposal. No generators will be allowed unless pre-approved by HRA. Food Vendors exceptions in the food area. There is limited electrical access and require notification and additional payment as noted in application. Vendors are prohibited from displaying any products or signage that are deemed inappropriate for young children. Amplified sound or music is prohibited. Restricted products include firearms/weapons, noise makers, silly string, non-water based paints, etc., unless approved by HRA or the appropriate event committee. Vendors are required to collection their own Texas Sales Tax and have a copy of their Tax Resale Certificate available.  EVENTS ARE RAIN OR SHINE-NO REFUNDS OR MAKE-UP DATES. HRA committees reserve the right to terminate the contract with any vendor prior to or during the event and inclusion from future events for any reason including violating the terms of contract or posted policies. The City of Richmond, Historic Richmond Association, it’s Board, committees, sponsors and their representatives shall not be liable in any way from loss or damage resulting from theft, accident, acts of God, or forces of nature to any participant’s property. This includes set-up, show hours, breakdown, or any other time the participants are in the event area. The same above shall not be liable for any injury to participant’s during same times noted.
