About the application

Thank you for your interest in the Great Smoky Mountain Hot Air Balloon Festival. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
ELECTRICITY is limited to one outlet per Food Vendor.  GENERATORS are permitted if they are QUIET. IF you bring a generator that is a noise hazard you may be asked to leave without a refund.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR GENERATOR IS QUIET! You are responsible for your electrical needs. Bring your own extension cords, water hoses, etc.   
 
Each booth is required to have a 2A 10 BC fire extinguisher and comply with Fire Marshal Codes and Regulations
 
DO NOT SEND CHECKS – YOU WILL BE INVOICED AFTER THE DEADLINE IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED.

Terms & Conditions

You must collect and report Tennessee sales tax and pay the health inspection fee. The County Health Inspector will require all food vendors to have a valid health permit & abide by current health codes for preparing and serving food.   Vendors are required to have a minimum $1,000,000 (One Million Dollars) general liability policy and name the Blount Partnership as Additional Insured on the policy. Non-profits must provide a sales tax-exempt form.
 
Food Vendors are required to have a Mobile Food Vendor Permit with the City of Townsend.
 
Hold Harmless Agreement and Agreement to Terms and Conditions
The undersigned hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Blount Partnership, its employees, agents and assigns, the GSM Hot Air Balloon Festival Committee, and the volunteers for the same regarding any and all liability for damages or injuries to persons or property which the undersigned, his or her agents or employees may sustain while participating in the GSM Hot Air Balloon Festival except where such damages or injuries resulting from the gross negligence of the Blount Partnership.  Such indemnification shall include reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
 
I have read and agree to all the regulations stated above and in consideration of participating in the GSM, Hot Air Balloon Festival agree to be contractually bound to the same.

Prices

Food Vendor Space $225.00 Non-refundable Food Vendors will be provided a 30 x 20 space, with access to one electrical outlet and water spigot.
Additional 10 x 10 Booth Space $100.00 Non-refundable Any additional space requested by a food vendor beyond the 30-foot allocation will require the purchase of an extra 10x10 space for $100.
