About the application

Thank you for your interest in the the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival! To be considered as a food vendor for this event, a Food Vendor Permit with the City of Townsend is required.
 
The Events Committee will review all vendor applications and notify the selected parties by March 2026. 

About the event

Next year, we’re throwing the biggest birthday bash East Tennessee has ever seen — and you’re invited! The 6th Annual Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival is celebrating none other than the legendary creature himself with a full-day Bigfoot Birthday Bash in the heart of the Smokies. Come party with us as we mix Bigfoot lore with birthday fun, festival favorites, and a few surprises only a birthday Bigfoot could dream up! We’ll have all your favorite activities — guest speakers, live music, delicious food trucks, vendors, contests, and more — but with a birthday twist. Think party hats, cake-inspired treats, birthday games, and maybe even a surprise visit from the guest of honor himself. 🎂 Highlights Include: – Bigfoot-themed birthday games & giveaways – A Bigfoot-sized birthday card for fans to sign – Special edition merchandise to mark the occasion – Photo ops with Party Sasquatch – A sweet celebration moment — complete with cupcakes, candles, and confetti!

Hold Harmless Agreement and Agreement to Terms and Conditions
The undersigned hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Blount Partnership, its employees, agents and assigns, the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival Committee, and the volunteers for the same regarding any and all liability for damages or injuries to persons or property which the undersigned, his or her agents or employees may sustain while participating in the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival except where such damages or injuries resulting from the gross negligence of the Blount Partnership. Such indemnification shall include reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
I have read and agree to all the regulations stated above and in consideration of participating in the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival agree to be contractually bound to the same.

Prices

Food & Beverage Vendor Booth $225.00 Non-refundable Food Vendor Booths are 30 x 20, with access to electricity and water.
Additional 10x10 Booth Space $100.00 Non-refundable Any additional space requested by a food vendor beyond the 30-foot allocation will require the purchase of an extra 10x10 space for $100.
