Vendor Types

Fan Vendor: Sells handmade items, items from your own brand, etc. 

Album/Merch Vendors: Sells official Kpop merchandise such as albums, season's greetings, lightsticks, concert DVDs, etc. 

Acceptances are on a rolling basis. Only accepted vendors will be contacted. Preference is given to vendors that are available both days

 ‍1. Booths are expected to be manned throughout vendor hall hours and may not be dismantled prior to this without authorization. K-pop Minicon will not be held responsible for any issues arising from an unmanned booth during show hours.

2. Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, and will not hold management liable for any breaches, losses, injury, or damage to themselves or their property. All exhibitors agree to hold blameless K-pop MInicon and all K-pop Minicon staff members and workers against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims, or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss, or theft due to said exhibitors participation in K-pop Minicon.

3. K-pop Minicon does not endorse any exhibitor’s merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All merchandise bought or sold at K-pop Minicon is done strictly between exhibitors and attendees, K-pop Minicon is NOT responsible in any way for any transactions made between vendors and attendees
 
4.Non album/merch vendors agree to not sell any albums, lightsticks, dvds, seasons greetings, or other official merch (opened or unopened) other than photocards. If you are found selling these items and you are not an approved album/merch vendor you will be asked to leave.  

5. No Vaping Pen, Vape, Tobacco, or Fire Arms are allowed to be sold. If you are found selling these items you will be dismissed and banned.

6. For those selling adult materials, they must be covered or behind the table. If showcased on the table or display rack, materials must be bagged or covered so that minors may not open it. Vendors agree not to sell any adult materials to minors. Violating this rule is cause for immediate dismissal from the show with no refund, and being banned from any future events.

7. State tax is the responsibility of the vendor to collect according to state laws.

8. No exhibit may block or interfere with other vendors or aisle space. Any damage caused to the building or its furnishings by the Vendor is the sole responsibility of the Vendor.

9. Should you (the vendor) find that you are not able to attend K-pop Minicon and have already paid for your space, the policy is as follows: All sales are final for all booth purchases and, therefore, non-refundable; However, you can opt to put your fee toward next year.

10. Abandoned Property: Any property not removed that has not been claimed within forty-eight (48) hours following the end of the event will be considered abandoned.‍

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final for all booth purchases and, therefore, non-refundable. All booths are non-transferable. This also includes all badges. Payments are not required for general submission prior to approval.
