Lighting of the Greens Participant Application

The City of Oxford DOES NOT PROVIDE ELECTRICITY. You must provide your own electricity. Make sure to bring your own table and chairs.  There is a limited number of spots available, as such, priority will be given to local community organizations FIRST.  When you submit your application, this is NOT AN AUTOMATIC ACCEPTANCE. You will be notified by event staff when your application is accepted. Please make sure to decorate your booth/table as much towards the occasion as possible, especially since this is a family-oriented event for the Holidays.  Performances cannot exceed 15 minutes (10 minutes for performance - allowing 5 minutes for stage transition) - If you are using music you MUST provide it to our PA & Sound leader, MC  (no exceptions). We understand this may be frustrating, however, this is to make sure all sound is of good quality and does not cause any wait time between performances.  Event Time Line: 4:00 PM - Festivities begin on Main Street, 6:30 PM - Lighting of the Greens, 7:00 PM - Parade Begins
