Bluebonnet Festival 2026 Food Vendor Application
About the application
Please fill out the entire application including at least two pictures of your booth set up and two pictures of your product. Please also include a price list of your products You will not be charged until you have been accepted into the festival by the Bluebonnet Festival committee. This is a 3 day festival and you must be able to stay the entier time once you are set up you are not able to leave until the end of the festival. About the event
Terms & Conditions
I understand that the Chamber reserves the right to cancel this registration. I understand I must furnish my own tents, tables, chairs and weights and stay within my allotted vendor booth space. I understand that this event is rain or shine and will prepare accordingly. I understand the Burnet Chamber of Commerce staff, volunteers, directors and officers or agents are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged equipment or merchandise or accident/injury to me or my staff and do hold harmless any of the above individual or business for any and all liability. I further acknowledge that is the exhibitors' responsibility to maintain all required licenses for sales tax as required by the State of Texas.

- I understand that being disrespectful to the Christmas on the Square 2025 Committee, Volunteers, Staff, Police, Fire, City Staff and/or other vendors will result in not being invited back.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to plan for wind and rain at Christmas on the Square 2025. Leaving early because of either may result in not being invited back. I understand I must properly secure my tent with weights to prevent wind damage.
- I understand that my completion of this application does not guarantee me a spot at Christmas on the Square 2025. If I am not selected by the selection committee due to space constraints or variety of goods, I understand I will be refunded my application deposit.
