About the event

CR Pride Fest is more than a party; it's a cornerstone event for the Cedar Rapids LGBTQIA+ community, promoting accessibility and inclusivity. As a non-profit, it prioritizes free or low-cost entry to ensure broad participation, covering themes of resilience, heritage, and future advocacy.

Terms & Conditions

Electronic Submission is required unless arrangements are made in advance. Vendors with a setup that is larger than 10'x10' must register for multiple booths; commensurate with the size of your setup (rounded to the nearest booth size: 4' and under = no extra booth required; 5' and up requires an additional booth space.) Example: a 25' trailer would require (3) booth spaces; a 14' trailer would require 1 booth space.  Vendors who do not have a payment on file on the day of the event will not be allowed to set up. Payments are non-refundable for ANY REASON.  Applications and payments are due by May 27, 2026.  Applications received after that date are subject to availability, approval by CR Pride, and a $25 late fee. Under no circumstances will CR Pride accept vendor applications or payments after June 13, 2026 unless arrangements are made in advance. Booth spaces are approximately 10’ x 10’ (Food truck space size TBD). Exact dimensions are not guaranteed. Location of booth spaces is not guaranteed.  Day-of-event changes to booth locations by event staff or volunteers may be required-such decisions are final. CR Pride does not supply tents, coverings, tables, table cloths, drops, chairs, or other materials for booths. Exhibitors should plan to supply any such items desired. CR Pride does not supply electricity or water for vendors. Per our contract with NewBo City Market, vendors cannot sell food or beverages on NewBo City Market property (those booths must be in a public street or other area.)  A limited number of booths may be made available at a reduced rate to especially deserving organizations. Inquiries should be emailed to info@crprideia.com for board consideration. CR Pride reserves the right to refuse inclusion of any submission or deny participation by any organization if, in the sole opinion of the Board of Directors, the views of the organization are inconsistent with the views held by CR Pride.  Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless CR Pride for any claim arising from any action or inaction by the individual sponsor at CR Pride., CR Pride reserves the right to request documentation of non-profit status for organizations sponsoring at those rates. Due to the walking-style Parade route on campus, Vendors and Exhibitors must have their items at their booth location by 10:00 a.m. and be prepared to open no later than 11:00 a.m.  Event staff and volunteers will be on-site no later than 8:00 a.m. to facilitate load-in.  Vendors failing to check-in by 9:30 a.m. on the day of the event may not be allowed to exhibit at the event.  Vendors and exhibitors are expected to remain on-site until 6:00 p.m.  Vendors must remove all items from NewBo City Market within one hour of event ending.
