Food Neighbors

Pre-packaged, shelf-stable, or ready-to-consume food and drinks. Examples: Local honey, spice blends, craft coffee/tea, healthy snacks, baked goods (with proper labeling). No on-site cooking requiring ventilation.

Setup    

Vendor setup begins at 8:00 AM and must be completed by 9:45 AM. All vehicles must be unloaded and moved before the market opens.
Breakdown    

Breakdown begins promptly at 4:00 PM and cannot start earlier. All vendors must be cleared from the premises by 5:30 PM.
Parking    

Designated Vendor Parking will be assigned upon acceptance, located in an adjacent lot. Vendors may not park in the primary customer lot.
Food Management    

All food and beverage vendors must comply with local Houston Health Department regulations. Food must be prepared off-site (unless specified in the application). Any sampling requires proper licensing and safety protocol (gloves, single-serve containers).
Marketing  

Your vendor fee includes a tiered marketing package to boost your visibility pre- and post-event, including a link to your e-commerce site on our event page. Please provide high-resolution brand assets immediately upon acceptance.
Equipment    

Vendors must supply their own display tables, chairs, shelving, and necessary power strips/extension cords (if power is requested and approved). Tents are generally not needed for this indoor/covered market.
