2026 Gullah Village Artisans & Retail Vendors

2025 Attendence was over 5,000 people - In 2026 we will be partnering with the HHI Seafood Festival to create this first of its kind village INSIDE the event, bringing you even more exposure, guests and excitment. The Gullah Village will also feature Celebrity Chef demonstrations from Emmy Winning Celebrity Chef Kardea Brown and Chef BJ Dennis throughout the event. Spaces are first come, first serve and are for retailers and artisans ONLY. 

All food vendors need to register with the Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival/Carmines Foundation. 

All equipment for setup and display is the vendor's responsibility.  Exhibitors are responsible for collecting 7% of South Carolina sales tax during the event.  Only properly registered vendors may occupy assigned booths. Storage containers must remain out of sight. Stored materials shall not protrude into aisles. The Hilton Head Island Gullah Celebration Management Team will address any music or other potentially distracting or irritating activities. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Vendors/Artists are provided with (approximately) a 10 x 10 space. Booth assignments are at the discretion of the Festival Committee Chairperson and/or the Hilton Head Island Gullah Celebration Management Team prior to the date of the event and booth assignment.  Artists and vendors will be able to drop off materials at their booth, but may not park at their booth site. Vehicles will not be allowed to park on the grass area except to unload or load merchandise. Festival DOES NOT PROVIDE ELECTRICITY. NO PRODUCTS THAT CARRY THE HILTON HEAD GULLAH CELEBRATION IMAGE, LOGO; OR NAME MAY BE SOLD AT THE CELEBRATION. VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES. NO VENDOR WILL BE ALLOWED O SELL ANY "T-SHIRTS" WHICH MAY IMPLY THE HILTON HEAD ISLAND GULLAH CELEBRATION. HILTON HEAD ISLAND GULLAH CELEBRATION COMMITTEE/NIBCAA WILL BE THE EXCLUSIVE VENDOR OF ALL BEVERAGES. NO REFUNDS.
