About the application

Thank you for applying to be a vendor at our 2025 Dashing Through The District: Holiday Night Market at PGA Frisco!

 

Please fill out the entire application and submit by November 14th. You will be notified by November 21st if your application has been approved. Upon approval, you will be able to purchase your booth space for the event - prices will vary - starting at $175.

 

Please note that this is an outdoor NIGHT market. While there will be overhead lighting, supplemental battery-operated lights are heavily encouraged. 

About the event

We are thrilled to announce our second annual Holiday Market at PGA Frisco, a celebration of community, creativity, and holiday cheer! This inaugural event is set to bring together a delightful array of vendors, and we want YOU to be a part of it. We are looking for vendors who specialize in all different categories, from nonperishable food goods to homemade candles and antiques! The market will take place on December 5, 2025, from 5:00-8:00PM.

Terms & Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions document attached to this application in its entirety. By submitting this application, the vendor confirms they have read the terms and conitions and agrees to all terms laid out in the document as well as in the entire application. 

 

Some of the terms to highlight are below: 

 

  1. Space rental fee must be paid in full by November 28th or access to space and event will NOT be granted.
  2. Each 10x10 space comes with (1) 10x10 tent, (1) 6ft. table with white linen, and (2) chairs.
  3. Electricity and water are NOT provided. Vendors cannot bring their own generators.
  4. ONLY nonperishable / packaged food items will be approved.
  5. No sampling or "gifting" permitted. 
  6. Your setup must fit in the allotted 10x10 space (unless you purchase a 20x10 space).

Extra Table $0.00 Non-refundable If you will need more tables than the (1) included with your space, please add them here. PLEASE NOTE: EACH EXTRA TABLE IS $40 (not including tax and fees). If you add extra tables to your application, you will be sent an invoice IF/WHEN you are accepted to be a vendor. If you are not accepted, you will not be charged.
