About the Market
We’re building something special this holiday season — a European Christmas Market in the heart of downtown Midway. Picture identical wood-built huts glowing with warm string lights, curated with high-end artisan goods, fine foods, boutique finds, and holiday greenery. Guests will wander through an open-air courtyard filled with festive music, live Christmas trees, and a distinctly Old-World charm.
Vendor Commitment
Market Dates: Fridays Nov 7, 14, 21, 28, Dec 5, 12, 19 | 6–9 PM
Fee: $250 total for all seven dates
Vendors must commit to all Fridays to maintain a cohesive, high-quality market experience.
Optional Add-On: Saturday, Dec 13th — an extra market day vendors may opt into.
We are seeking high-end makers, artists, culinary artisans, and curated gift purveyors to create an enchanting, premium shopping experience. Each vendor will have a pre-built wooden stall for quick and easy weekly setup. Power and lighting will not be available.

Vendor Terms & Conditions — Midway European Christmas Market
Market Commitment
Vendor agrees to participate on all scheduled market nights:
Fridays — Nov 7, Nov 14, Nov 21, Nov 28, Dec 5, Dec 12, Dec 19, 2025 from 6:00–9:00 PM
Vendors must be fully set up and open by 5:45 PM and remain open until 9:00 PM each night.
Vendors may also participate in the additional market day on Saturday, Dec 13, 2025 at no extra cost.
Space & Setup
Each vendor will be provided a uniform wood stall/structure to create a cohesive market look.
Vendors are responsible for bringing all materials needed to display and sell their products.
Setup each week must be completed quickly and efficiently to maintain safety and flow.
Fees
$250 total for participation in all seven Friday dates (Nov 7–Dec 19). Payment is due upon acceptance to secure your stall.
The Saturday, Dec 13th market is included for vendors at no additional charge.
Weather
This is a rain, snow, or shine event. The Market will proceed regardless of weather unless canceled by organizers for extreme conditions. No refunds for weather-related cancellations.
Liability & Responsibility
Vendor’s merchandise, cash, equipment, and personal property are the sole responsibility of the vendor at all times.
The Midway Merchants Association / City of Midway / Event Organizers assume no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage.
Vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Midway Merchants Association, City of Midway, event organizers, volunteers, and property owners from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from participation in the Market.
Insurance (optional but recommended)
Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry personal business liability insurance.
Compliance
Vendors agree to operate in accordance with all applicable laws, health regulations, and event guidelines.
Organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor for non-compliance or conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the Market.
