Non-Profit Organizations

We welcome family-friendly nonprofit organizations that cater to youth, families, and community activities to join us at the Duval Starz Cheer & Dance Event. This is a great opportunity to share your mission, connect with local families, and showcase resources or programs that uplift and inspire the community.

Approved nonprofit vendors will receive booth space to engage with attendees, distribute materials, and highlight upcoming opportunities. All displays and activities must remain positive, appropriate for all ages, and in line with the family-friendly nature of our event.

Thank you for your interest in participating as a nonprofit vendor at the Duval Starz Cheer & Dance Event! Please review the following before completing your application:

General Information

Booth spaces are intended for family-friendly nonprofit organizations that serve youth, families, education, health, and community activities.
Organizations must provide proof of nonprofit status (IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter or equivalent).
Accepted Categories

Youth & Family Programs: After-school programs, mentoring, athletics, arts, literacy, etc.
Health & Wellness: Organizations offering resources for nutrition, fitness, mental health, and family well-being.
Community Engagement: Groups providing services, activities, or support to families and children.
Event Protocol

All displays, handouts, and activities must be appropriate for youth and families.
Organizations are encouraged to bring interactive activities, giveaways, or information to engage attendees.
No sales of commercial products unless pre-approved as part of your nonprofit mission.
Food Management

Nonprofits may distribute pre-packaged, sealed snacks or promotional items only.
Any distribution of prepared food or beverages must be pre-approved and comply with health department guidelines.
Parking & Access

Load-in and load-out must occur in designated areas.
Once unloaded, vehicles must be moved to vendor parking.
Setup & Breakdown

Setup times will be provided prior to the event. Booths must be fully ready by event start.
Early breakdown is not allowed. All spaces must be left clean and free of trash at event close.
By applying, nonprofits agree to these terms and acknowledge that participation is subject to approval by event management.
