2025 School / Student Artist Application

This application is for schools/students only. Please read the details and instructions below before applying. 

Art Teachers - Please complete ONE application PER SCHOOL with the total number of spaces needed.

If you are a High School student who prefers to be in the general artist section, please use this application instead - https://www.eventeny.com/events/vendor/?id=37679 

Under Business Name, use the SCHOOL NAME

Under Contact Name, the TEACHER or ADULT contact name. Make sure the teacher cell and email are included. 

The teacher or supervising adult is responsible for collecting guardian signatures on the waiver for all participating students. Waiver will be emailed upon acceptance. 

The supervising adult will pick up all wristbands for your students/group at the artist check-in, in order to expedite the process. We will have them prepared in advance based on the number of students indicated in your application. The waivers will need to be submitted prior to receiving the wristbands. Anyone with a wristband may pickup supplies or snacks at the artist tent and a wristband is required to be inside the ropes. 

If your group would like additional workspace due to a large number of students working on the piece, please indicate that in the application.
