We are excited to invite local vendors to join us for our Christmas Market on Small Business Saturday, November 29th from 9AMโ2PM! This festive event will bring together small businesses, holiday shoppers, and our community for a day full of cheer, shopping, and celebration. ๐๐
As a vendor, youโll have the opportunity to:
Showcase your unique products just in time for the holiday season
Connect with new customers and fellow small business owners
Be part of a fun, community-centered shopping experience

๐ฐ Vendor Fee: $50 (vendors must provide their own table and chairs)

Applications will be reviewed and you will be notified of approval within 7โ10 business days.

With space being limited, not all applications can be approved.

To ensure variety, we will not allow duplicate product categories.

Christmas Market Vendor Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, you agree to the following:
Application Review & Approval
All applications will be reviewed, and you will be notified of your status within 7โ10 business days.
Due to limited space, not all applicants will be approved.
We will not allow duplicate product categories to ensure a variety of vendors.
Vendor Fee
The vendor fee is $50 and is non-refundable once your application is approved and payment is made.
Vendors must supply their own table(s), chairs, and display setup.
Event Details
Date: Saturday, November 29, 2025
Time: 9:00AM โ 2:00PM
Vendors must be fully set up and ready by 8:45AM and remain until the event ends.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, cash handling, and any necessary permits/licenses.
All vendor spaces must remain clean and free of trash during and after the event.
No open flames, hazardous materials, or illegal items are permitted.
Event Policies
The event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.
Vendors must act professionally and respectfully toward customers, staff, and fellow vendors.
The event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor not adhering to these terms.
Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk. The event organizers, venue, and affiliates are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of vendor property.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.
