About the application
All vendors must be set up at Ingram Field, 21 N. Lee Street, by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2026, for inspection. Sales will begin at 11:00 a.m. and conclude at 4:00 p.m.

Terms & Conditions
Health Permit Applications
It is the sole responsibility of each food vendor to obtain a Forsyth-Monroe County Health Permit. Applications must be completed and submitted to the Monroe County Health Department at least one month prior to the festival.
Vendors without an approved permit will not be allowed to set up at the event. Temporary permits will only be issued on-site by the Health Department once your booth passes inspection.
