About the application
All vendors must be on location at Ingram Field, 21 N Lee Street and set up on Saturday, March 7, 2026, by 9 a.m. for inspection. Sales start at 11 a.m. and the event ends at 4 p.m.

Terms & Conditions
Health Permit Applications
It is the sole responsibility of each food vendor to obtain a Forsyth-Monroe County Health Permit. Applications must be completed and submitted to the Monroe County Health Department at least one month before the festival.
Vendors without an approved permit will not be allowed to set up at the event. Temporary permits will only be issued on-site by the Health Department once your booth passes inspection.
