Food Truck/ Trailer Application
About the application
The Johns Creek International Festival is a celebration of the best traditional food, music and art from around the world and our own backyard. We invite everyone to come listen, eat, drink and play on May 2, 2026 at Heisman Field across from the Atlanta Athletic Club.
Please complete this form to secure your Food Truck space. Applications will not be accepted after April 10, 2026.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All food vendors will be required to have a Certificate of Insurance for this event.
You must have your insurance agent email us a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing current liability insurance coverage before space can be confirmed. The City of Johns Creek must listed as an additional insured.
The City’s minimum insurance requirements are as follows:
$1,000,000.00 Per Occurrence
$3,000,000.00 Aggregate
$100,000.00 Damage to Rented Premises

About the event

The City of Johns Creek will not assume liability for any act of God, natural disaster, exposure to adverse weather conditions, communicable diseases, damages or injuries, or any cause above and beyond the control of the festival. We appreciate everyone's cooperation. By participating in this Festival, you agree that neither the City of Johns Creek, the Atlanta Athletic Club, nor their agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, damage or loss that may occur to the exhibitor or vendor, their agents or representatives or his or her property, regardless of the cause.
