Welcome to The Largest Celebration of Black Women Artists in the World.
Black Girl Art Show is a thoughtfully curated platform dedicated to showcasing the depth, brilliance, and bold expression of Black women artists. Each show draws 6,000 to 8,000 art lovers, collectors, and culture shapers who come ready to celebrate, support, and invest in you.

EXHIBITOR ELIGIBILITY (READ BEFORE APPLYING)
WHO CAN APPLY?
Black Women Exhibitors (21+).
Please read the information below carefully to determine your eligibility.
EXHIBITOR TYPES
🎨 VISUAL ARTISTS
Painting
Mixed media
Photography
Digital art
Sculpture
AI-assisted art is allowed ONLY if:
AI is used as a tool, not the final product
The work shows clear manipulation, storytelling, or transformation
🚫 Simple prompt-generated AI artwork will NOT be accepted.
🛍️ VENDORS
Physical products only, including:
Creative clothing brands
Books (Black women authors only)
Handmade jewelry
Ceramics / pottery
Wood, leather, metal, or glass crafts
Candles, soaps, bath & body products
Hand-sewn or paper crafts
Stationary Items such as journals, pens, sticky notes etc.

You sell food, drinks, electronics, lashes, bundles, etc.
You offer services only (tarot, coaching, therapy, yoga, speaking)
You use stolen art or unlicensed imagery

CURATION STANDARD
We curate each show intentionally.
Applications may be rejected if:
Your website, portfolio, or social media shows no sense of curation
Artwork photos feel inconsistent or lack intention
There is no clear artistic voice
REVIEW PROCESS
Applications are reviewed by our team
We maintain a 5:1 Artist-to-Vendor ratio
You will receive an approval, rejection, or status update by email
If approved, your registration fee is charged upon acceptance
EVENT DETAILS
Space: 8×8 ft or 16x8 ft
Exhibitors MUST bring their own display (tables, grid panels, easels, lighting, etc.)
Setup: By 12:00 PM or the time listed in your setup email
Sales: 3:00–8:00 PM
Exhibitors keep 100% of sales

About the event
Terms & Conditions
Black Girl Art Show DOES NOT offer refunds for any reason. No refunds in case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by governmental agencies to cancel the event, over which Black Girl Art Show has no control. Vendor credit towards a future event will be assessed on an individual basis and dependent on special circumstances but NOT guaranteed as withdrawals/cancellations affect the whole market. Any withdrawal/cancellation requests must be requested 2 weeks in advance of the event to be considered for vendor credit.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
I agree to indemnify and hold Black Girl Art Show, their officials, staff, and agents harmless of and from any and all actions, causes of actions of every kind in law or equity, suits, debts, liens, contracts, agreements, promises, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, obligations, loss, costs, and expense of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, including, with limitation, attorney’s fees and court costs through and including any appeals, taxable or otherwise, incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in the Black Girl Art Show, including but not limited to, any claims which might be made by myself, my co-workers, my agents, my employees, and/or any member of the general public.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the security of my own property and expressly assume all risk of loss and/or damage to property arising either directly or indirectly from my participation in the Black Girl Art Show. I understand and agree that Black Girl Art Show is in no way responsible for my property or its safekeeping.
