About the application
We are excited to bring you Bestival 2026! Last year was a success with our food vendors and licensed patio area and we've had lots of inquiries. We have 5 spaces available, get your application ASAP.
If you or your business are interested in setting up a food or beverages vending service please fill out this form and someone from our team will contact you to discuss. Food vendors can setup Friday Sept. 11th from 5:00pm - 10:30pm and Saturday Sept. 12th from 10:00am - 10:30pm. If you plan to sell any food or drink products you will need to fill out a Region of Waterloo health form, as well and submit this form to the Region of waterloo public health office.
We do not have access to electricity or running water.

o I AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE that neither the city of Kitchener nor Belmont Village Bestival and its directors, members, staff and volunteers may held liable or responsible for any injury, loss, expense or damage to persons, goods, equipment or décor due to any reason including, but not limited to accident, theft, breakage, vandalism, fire, water damage, weather damage.

| $150 Deposit Fee | C$150.00 | Non-refundable | We require a $150 deposit fee to reserve your space, on approval of this application. On completion of the festival you will be required to submit 10% of your sales revenue. |
