About the application
Do you have an artistic talent that you would like to share with thousands of Bestival attendees? We are an artist driven festival! If you would like to sell your art or handcrafted products please fill out this application. All items must be original. We do not permit commercial 're-sale' vendors. If you are a commercial business or corporation, we have a limited number of activation booth spaces available. Please contact us for further information. The Market Runs Friday September 11th, 5:30pm - 10:30pm and Saturday September 12th, 10:00am - 10:30pm. The fee includes both days. Setup starts Friday 4:00pm - 5:30pm and Saturday 8:00am - 9:30am. Vendors are expected to remain setup for the entire duration of the market. Spaces are limited. We do not have access to electricity and vendors are expected to provide their own tents, tables, lighting and chairs. This is an electronic agreement and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. If you plan to sell any food or drink products please fill out our food vendor application. You will also need to fill out a Region of Waterloo health form and submit this form to the Region of waterloo public health office.

o I AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE that neither the city of Kitchener nor Belmont Village Bestival and its directors, members, staff and volunteers may held liable or responsible for any injury, loss, expense or damage to persons, goods, equipment or décor due to any reason including, but not limited to accident, theft, breakage, vandalism, fire, water damage, weather damage.
