Free concert in Lilburn City Park featuring The Tony Howard Band! Dine with the delicious food trucks onsite, pack a lawn chair or blanket, and enjoy dinner and music under the stars. Beer, Wine, and Margaritas will be sold in the park. No outside alcohol is allowed. PARKING: Walkable offsite parking is available at Lilburn City Hall, parking lots located at Salem Church on the corner of Killian Hill Rd. & Poplar St, and Lilburn First Baptist Church at Main St. & Young St. Accessible Parking is located at 76 Main Street in the main lot at Lilburn City Park and at 104 Railroad Avenue on first come first served.

Free concert in Lilburn City Park Saturday September 10, 2022. Band to be announced.
Savory/Hot Food Vendors that are selected to be a part of the event will be charged a $105 nonrefundable vendor fee upon approval .Sweet/Dessert Food Vendors that are selected to be a part of the event will be charged $75 nonrefundable vendor fee upon approval.*If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 all vendor fees will be refunded. We will make every effort to reschedule the event and not cancel.If accepted to be a vendor at the event detailed instructions will be emailed to you closer to the event date.

Terms & Conditions

Rules for food vendors:-Application deadline is May 1, 2022-Number and variety of vendors will be determined by the City of Lilburn. -The City of Lilburn may remove a vendor for any reason.- If you submit an application for a specific truck or set up. That truck and setup should be the only one at the event. You can not substitute a truck unless this was arranged in advance with the Event Coordinator.-No-show trucks will be dropped from future events with no refund.-Vendors should arrive by 4:30 pm and be ready to sell by 6:00 pm. No sells after 10 pm. -Only accepted vendors who have paid their fee will be permitted.-Vendors must have their own tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, lighting, generators, and water.-All tents must be weighted and can not be staked.-If a generator is used it must be quiet as to not disturb other vendors or the event.-Grease will only be allowed in self contained cooking units and cannot be disposed of in the park.-You can not serve alcohol or anything in glass bottles.-All events are outside rain or shine- Previous Rock the Park events have enjoyed an average attendance of 3000+.If you have any questions contact the Event Coordinator at JMinnoia@cityoflilburn.com or 770-638-2223The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury. Applicant agrees to abide by industry standards relating to safe food handling, preparation, and service. All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event.By checking the box below, applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document.

Food Truck / Savory / Hot $105 Non-refundable The $105.00 Savory/Hot Vendor Fee is charged once you have been approved to participate in the event.
Sweet / Dessert Cart $75 Non-refundable The $75 Sweet only/Dessert Cart Vendor Fee is charged once you have been approved to participate in the event.
