Being APPROVED for the Sandy City Winter Market does not guarantee participation

 

Approval letters will be sent as we approve applications. The first set of applicants will receive approvals by Oct 10 and All applicants will know whether or not they have been approved no later than October 31, 2025

Booth Size Choices and Payment

We will send the email for the BOOTH CHOICES AND PAYMENT after you receive an acceptance email. It is very important to look for this email. There are a specific amount of each type of booth size. You will choose the size and pay for the booth all at once. If you wait, the size you prefer may not be available. Booth Spaces: 

Cafeteria: 10x10 $225 • 9x8 $158 • 8x7 (3 sides) $148 • 8x6 $123 • Corner $135 Cafeteria Hallway: 13x6 $170 • 8x9 $125 • 7x7 $115 •  7x7 $95 Main Hallway: 10x10 $195 • 10x7 $138 • 8x7 $110 • 7x7 $95
