Prices

10' x 10' Food Vendor Booth $400.00 A single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet in length. This fee includes a temporary business license and one parking pass. An additional parking pass per vendor for the event may be picked up at Kimmswick City Hall.
Outlet $150.00 A very limited number of booths with an electric hookup are available on a first come, first served basis for an additional fee of $150 per outlet.  If requested, a festival volunteer will reach out to you to discuss and/or coordinate.  Payment for electricity will ONLY be charged to your credit card following approval.  Due to the limited number of outlets available, pease only request electricity if it is a necessity for the items you are selling at your booth

  • DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT UPON ARRIVAL, IF YOU ARGUE WITH STAFF REGARDING ANY INFORMATION PREVIOUSLY STATED IN OUR APPLICATIONS; IF YOU STATE THAT YOU WERE NOT AWARE OF THE RULES & REGULATIONS DUE TO NOT READING THIS APPLICATION, THAT YOU MAY NOT BE ALLOWED BACK TO THE FESTIVAL IN THE FUTURE?
  • DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU SET UP OUTSIDE OF YOUR PURCHASED BOOTH SPACE YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FINE OF $500 PER 10X10 SECTION YOU ATTEMPT TO AQUIRE AND WILL BE CHARGED THAT FEE PER DAY.
  • 14. Do you understand that all licensing and permits must be displayed in booth at all times, AND THAT YOUR BOOTH SPACE NUMBER CARD ACTS AS YOUR BUSINESS LICENSE AND MUST BE DISPLAY ON TENT IN FRONT RIGHT CORNER FOR EASY IDENTIFICATION BY AUDITORS AND INSPECTORS?
  • Do you understand the submission of this application does not guarantee a vendor booth until confirmed and accepted by the City of Kimmswick Events Committee?
  • By Acknowleding and submitting this application, you understand ONLY THE PRODUCTS LISTED ON THIS APPLICATION will be allowed to be sold in the festival if you are selected
  • BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION YOU UNDERTSAND NO REFUNDS WILL BE APPROVED AFTER SEPTEMBER 1st, 2026
  • 20. By submitting it you affirm you have read these terms and conditions and agree to adhere to them.
  • 16. By signing below, You affirm you are at least 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter contracts under Missouri law as per Mo. Rev. Stat § 431.055.
