Prices

10' x 10' Food Vendor Booth $330.00 A single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet in length. This fee includes a temporary business license and one parking pass. An additional parking pass per vendor for the event may be picked up at Kimmswick City Hall.
Outlet $150.00 A very limited number of booths with an electric hookup are available on a first come, first served basis for an additional fee of $150 per outlet.  If requested, a festival volunteer will reach out to you to discuss and/or coordinate.  Payment for electricity will ONLY be charged to your credit card following approval.  Due to the limited number of outlets available, pease only request electricity if it is a necessity for the items you are selling at your booth

  • Do you understand that if any complaints are made regarding the loudness of your generator, that you will be required to turn it off?
  • Do you understand that if you have already been asked to turn off your generator by Festival Staff, the second incident will result in removal from the festival

  • If you are applying under a Cottage Law Food vendor with a pre-packaged food item, does that food item need to be refrigerated or kept warm onsite?

  • DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT UPON ARRIVAL, IF YOU ARGUE WITH STAFF REGARDING ANY INFORMATION PREVIOUSLY STATED IN OUR APPLICATIONS; IF YOU STATE THAT YOU WERE NOT AWARE OF THE RULES & REGULATIONS DUE TO NOT READING THIS APPLICATION, THAT YOU MAY NOT BE ALLOWED BACK TO THE FESTIVAL IN THE FUTURE?
  • DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU SET UP OUTSIDE OF YOUR PURCHASED BOOTH SPACE YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FINE OF $500 PER 10X10 SECTION YOU ATTEMPT TO AQUIRE AND WILL BE CHARGED THAT FEE PER DAY.

  • 20. By submitting it you affirm you have read these terms and conditions and agree to adhere to them.
  • 18. By signing below, You affirm you are at least 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter contracts under Missouri law as per Mo. Rev. Stat § 431.055.
