Art/Craft Vendor Application
About the application
Please fill out the form below to apply for Woodstock Winter Wonderland. Woodstock Winter Wonderland will take place Saturday December 6th 10am-5pm Payment will be processed upon acceptance. No refunds will be allowed after payment has been processed. There will be NO exceptions to this.
Early Bird Pricing (Before Nov 8th):
10×10 spaces on the Event Green will be $100
10x10 spaces for food tents will be $200
10×20/Food Truck Spots will be $250
After Nov 8th Pricing:
10×10 spaces on the Event Green will be $125
10x10 spaces for food tents will be $225
10×20/Food Truck Spots will be $275
All work must be hand made or designed by the artist, no mass produced work will be accepted with the exception of items containing original art (prints, stickers). Vendors will reviewed by a committee and may be refused for any reason. Participation previous in Woodstock Arts Markets DOES NOT guarantee acceptance to this event.
All participants will need to bring their own tents, weights, tables and chairs, and method of taking payment. Space is limited. If you have any questions, please email brian@woodstockarts.org.

I understand that Woodstock Winter Wonderland is a Art and Craft show and all items being sold must be handmade or designed, and original*
-- I do also release Woodstock Arts Board Members, Staff and volunteers from any and all liability due to an accident, injury, or exposure to illness that may result from participation in the event.
--I consent for photographs to be taken for press releases that may include name, age and city of residence.
-- I understand that any artwork can be refused by the committee curating the art show. The review committee at this time has elected to avoid works that contain offensive materials including but not limited to foul language and/or nudity. You will be contacted if you are needed to submit other works.
-- I understand that if my picture submission is not representative of the artwork I will be bringing, the committee can refuse your artwork the day of the event
--I understand that Woodstock Arts has the right to cancel and/or postpone this event at any given time due to force majure events or poor weather conditions at the discretion of the organization with no promises of credits, refunds, or other reimbursements.
