As a service to the community, we will offer an afternoon of free heart health education, medical screenings and demonstrations. Please join us if you are in the business to promote good health through heart education, nutrition, stress relief, meditation, pain management, exercise, counseling, personal training, healthy alternatives, medical equipment, weight loss or massage therapy.

Terms & Conditions
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY AND CAREFULLY!
By applying as a vendor, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions for the 2026 Health & Wellness Fair. Failure to follow the terms and conditions, misrepresentation of yourself or the items you are selling, will result in removal from the Fair and forfeiture of any and all fees.
Booth: Each booth is an 8x8 size, only 2 chairs are provided. Larger booth rentals are available through multiple booth rental.
Set up Time: Vendor set-up starts at 12pm and must be set up by 2:30pm. There will be no exceptions. Any vendor that arrives after 2:30pm, will not be allowed to set up and forfeits any and all vendor fees.
What you need: Vendors must provide their own table. The Schererville Parks Department will provide two chairs for each vendor.
Parking: Vendor parking is located at the Scherwood Golf Course, behind the Schererville Community Center. Vendors may unload in Schererville Community Center parking lot and promptly move the vehicle. All vendor vehicles must be at Scherwood Golf Course by 2:30pm.
Raffle Prize Donation: Vendors are required to provide a raffle prize. If a raffle prize is not provided you will not be invited back next year. All prizes must be turned in at the front counter BEFORE the event begins.
When turning in raffle prizes vendors will be given a stamp. Each participant that wants to enter the raffle, will be given a bingo card. Any vendors that they visit will give them stamp on their bingo card. Participants must fill the entire bingo card to be entered into the raffle.
Be Respectful: Here at the Schererville Parks Dept, we strive a create a positive and respectful atmosphere. We will not tolerate anything less. Any Vendor that exhibits disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave, will forfeit any and all vendors fees, and banned from all future events.
Food Demos, Taste Testing, Unique demonstrations: If you are a vendor that is offering a unique piece to your booth please contact the Parks Dept. on any special requirements you may have.
Waiver & Release Of All Claims: The participant in this event/program, recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury and I agree and assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss which the participant (s) may sustain as a result of participating in all activities connected with or associated with such program. I, the participant in this event/program, agree to waive and relinquish all claims that I or the participants may have as a result of participating in the programs against the above named entity and its agents, officers, servants, and employees. I, the participant in this event/program agree to fully release and discharge the above named and its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims for injuries, including death, damage or loss which I or any participants may have or which occur to me or the participants on account of participation in the above programs. I, the participant in this event/program further agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the above named entity and its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages, and/or losses sustained by the participants and arising out of, connecting with, or in any way associated with the activities of the above programs. I have read and fully understand the above program details and I fully understand that “This is a release of all claims”.

REFUND POLICY: All vendor fees are non-transferable and non-creditable. Vendors who cancel 30+ days before the event may receive a 50% refund with written notice. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 30 days or for no-shows. If the event is canceled by the organizer, vendors will receive a 70% refund, unless the event has already begun or is fully set up—in which case no refunds are issued. The event will not be rescheduled, and no credits or alternate dates will be offered. All events are rain or shine.

- I understand a Raffle Prize is required.
- I understand that I must provide my own table and all products related to my booth. I acknowledge that Schererville Parks only provide 2 chairs per booth.
- I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the event through the Waiver & Release of all claims. I will follow the rules and regulations and if I do not adhere to all regulations or if I misrepresent myself, or the item I am selling, I will be asked to leave with no refund.
