We are excited to celebrate another year with you at the Frankenmuth Dog Bowl, the world’s largest Olympic-style festival for dogs and the people they love! In order to create a safe and happy environment for all guests, vendors and rescue organizations at the 2026 Dog Bowl, the Dog Bowl team has created this agreement with information related to the festival.

Please read carefully:
- Setup is 8 AM - 8 PM on Friday, May 22. Your rescue organization is able to use a vehicle to offload equipment but please be respectful of other rescues in the area and guests in the area. Detailed maps for entry to unload will be provided. Check-In with Bethany Childs is required before going to your booth locations.
- Rescues must provide their own tent, table, chairs and signage.

- No cats and no aggressive dogs allowed. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Please remember to clean up after your furry friends! Poop bags are available throughout the complex and in the Doggie Play Park located near the rescue area.
- Soliciting guests for donations is not allowed; a donation box or vests on dogs alerting guests to donation
opportunities are acceptable. - Rescues are allowed to ask for donations for RESCUE-THEMED PRODUCTS ONLY.
- Rescues are not allowed to sell bottled water or any food or beverages for human consumption at their booths.
- Because of Dog Bowl’s 501(C)(3) nonprofit status, we ask all rescue organizations to provide data on any adoptions or adoption queries as a result of Dog Bowl. This will enable the nonprofit to seek grant funding and sponsorships that will enable us to grow the event and achieve our nonprofit mission.
- No generators are permitted.

necessary. If based on the sole judgement of Frankenmuth Dog Bowl the actual presentation of

While we make reasonable efforts to avoid placing comparable or identical items in close proximity, we cannot guarantee that such placement will not occur.
