About the event
Terms & Conditions
VENDOR PARTICIPATION
Vendor agrees to participate in the above-named event and to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Vendors are expected to remain at their designated booths for the duration of the event unless one of the following occurs:
PRODUCT SELL-OUT
If the vendor’s inventory is completely sold out, they may pack up and leave, provided they notify a representative of Extreme Dreams Events prior to departure.
EMERGENCY
In the event of an emergency requiring the vendor to leave early,they must immediately inform an Extreme Dreams Events team member before departing the premises.
BOOTH SPACE & SET UP
VENDORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR OWN TABLES, CHAIRS, & TENT unless provided by Extreme Dreams Events.
Vendors shall be responsible for ALL setup and tear down of their booth.
Vendor shall NOT extend their display beyond the allocated space without prior approval.
FEES AND PAYMENT
The Vendor agrees to pay a booth fee to the Organizer.
Payment must be made in full
Refunds: BOOTH FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Vendors shall comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and permits applicable to their participation in the event.
Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining any licenses or permits required to sell their products or services.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to Vendor’s property during the event.
Vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Organizer, its staff, and representatives from any claims arising out of Vendor’s participation, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES
The Organizer reserves the right to prohibit the sale or display of items deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Vendors shall not use open flames, hazardous materials, or other restricted items without prior written consent.
TERMINATION
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and remove the Vendor from the event for failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement. In such cases, NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Organizer shall not be held liable for any cancellation or disruption of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Organizer and the Vendor and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
MAKE-UPS
Vendors will be given the opportunity to make up for an event missed, unsuccessful sales, and/or canceled event due to inclement weather or discretion by the event organizer. ALL EVENTS MUST BE DONE WITHIN THE SAME PHYSICAL YEAR.

Objective: To engage local businesses and vendors in the GA Country Summer Festival while promoting your unique brands through the Swag Bags provided to the first 100 concert ticket holders. --- #### 1. Eligibility Criteria - Vendors participating must register for the festival by March 30th. ⏰ - All vendor products must align with the festival's theme (family-friendly). #### 2. Swag Bag Contribution - Each participating vendor will contribute: - 100 Items (samples, coupons, or small merchandise) to be included in the Swag Bags. - 1 Business Card to facilitate vendor connections and outreach. #### 3. Networking and Promotion - Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation on social media platforms leading up to the event using the hashtag #GACountrySummer2026. - Shared posts can include: - Sneak peeks of items included in the swag bags. - Announcements of special offers for festival attendees. #### 4. Logistics - Drop-off Details: Vendors must aggregate and provide their swag items to Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta 500 W. Lanier Avenue, Suite 413, Fayetteville, GA 30214 by April 30th, 2026. NO LATER! - Staff from Xtreme Dreams Foundation will manage the distribution of items into the Swag Bags. #### 5. Additional Opportunities - Vendors will have the option to: - Set up a booth at the festival (subject to availability, additional fees may apply). - Offer a special promotion for festival attendees (e.g., discounts, giveaways, etc.). #### 6. Follow-up - Make sure to call, text and/or email to be sure items have been received. #### 7.
