This application is for Alcohol Vending only.
Alcohol vendors do not pay a fee ahead of time. They will pay a profit share of 15% after the event by check. Check will be made to: The Viking Experience
About the event
Terms & Conditions
You will get 2 Vendor Weekend Passes per 10x10 space.
Vendors can set up on Friday (10am-9pm) or Saturday, check-in by 8:30 am, and be packed up by Monday morning. The entrance for food vendors will be to the right of the front gate. Do not block the center load in road.
It is the vendors responsibility to upload a media kit with this application or send it by email in order to be featured in a post. email: info@thevikingexperiencenc.com
Any generators used must be the quiet type or have a cover.
Every vendor must adhere to the instructions sent out in the Participants' Guide before the event. Failure to do so may result in the vendor not being invited back. TVE is not responsible for any loss, damages, or injury during this event.
