event protocol Setup must be complete by 10:30am
food management is regulated by Berkeley Dept of Health. You must have a fire extinguisher, handwashing staion,
parking is available on a first come first served basis
breakdown begins 30 mins before the event ends.

- Vendor will make all payments via the Eventeny platform, except for the Public Health Fee, which Vendor will pay by hand delivering to Erika/EBCE a personal or cashier’s check made out to City of Berkeley in the applicable amount as specified above.

- I will only serve/sell 100% vegan items to the participants and will avoid cross-contamination with any non-vegan foods, substances, etc. No animal products or by-products can be advertised/served/sold to participants of the festival.
- What 1-3 items do you plan on selling at the festival?
- Will you have an open flame or heat element: propane, deep fryer, grill, etc.
- If I have any heating element, I will bring my own ABC Dry Chemical Fire Extinguisher

- Vendors must MAIL or HAND DELIEVER their TFF Check and make the check out to "Erika Jordan, Every Bite Counts Ent LLC" for their TFF Health Department Payment before Bizerkeley Food Festival on Sunday September 6th, 2026
