- What are your prices?
- I understand that there are no refunds or rain dates.
- I understand that no monies can be moved to another show.
- All prices must be posted at all times during the show.
- Are you serving from a trailer or food truck?
- Are you serving from a tent? if so, what size is the tent?
- Do you have a refrigerator truck or stock truck? If so, what is size of the truck? If you do not have one, say "No".
- I understand that I must have a standard fire extinguisher in my booth. I undestand that I need a Class K fire extinguisher if using a fryer.
- I understand that propane tanks must be secured in a container or tied down during the show.
- I undestand that I must dispose of my garbage regularly and not allow it to build up. I must dispose of my garbage in the dumpsters. I undestand that I will be fined $500 if my garbage is not taken care of properly.
- I undestand that water hoses must be food grade and taped to the ground or covered to prevent tripping hazards.
- I understand that electrical cords must be taped to the ground or covered to prevent tripping hazards.
- I understand that i must have floor coverings in my booth to prevent staining or damage to the pavement.
- Gray water and grease are your responsibility to dispose of.
- No electric is available.
