Terms & Conditions
Please review the following rules and regulations governing the Kami-Con Convention, and please contact us with any questions or concerns at Kamiconstaff@gmail.com. By signing and returning this contract, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following agreement, and will comply with all of the rules and regulations as stated below.
All vendor/exhibitor table spaces must be manned at all times
TABLE RENTALS: Kami-Con will provide (2) Dealer Room Badges one Table and 2 chairs with each space rented at $650 per table. (Additional badges can be offered if requested before January 5, 2026)
Power usage: Power can be provided by the BJCC’s Edlen group. We can coordinate you with them for purchase and setup.
Food and drink cannot be sold by vendors/exhibitors unless given special permission from the venue itself.
Live steel weapons cannot be sold by vendors/exhibitors unless given prior permission in writing.
Flashing lights on displays/items in booths need to abide by the Kami-Con disability services staff’s suggestion in regards to use or intensity.
Every Vendor is responsible for his or her own finances, taxes, etc. If Kami-Con is required to distribute any forms/payments before or after the end of the show, every vendor must comply.
Vendor/exhibitor table spaces must remain intact throughout the hours of the convention and may not be dismantled prior to the closing of the convention.
If any vendor/exhibitor has any special requirements, including, but not limited to, display racks, easels, stand-ups, etc., they must be cleared by Kami-Con Staff at the time the table space is booked.
All vendors/exhibitors agree to hold blameless all Kami-Con staff members and workers against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims, or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss, or theft due to said vendors/exhibitors' participation at Kami-Con’s Convention.
In addition, all vendors/exhibitors acknowledge that Kami-Con and all Kami-Con’s staff members, workers, employees, and agents will NOT provide or maintain insurance coverage for vendors/exhibitors' persons or property, and it is the vendor/exhibitor’s sole responsibility to obtain insurance covering loss.
Kami-Con in no way endorses any vendor/exhibitor’s merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendors/exhibitors are deemed to be their own business entity and in no way reflect the beliefs, intentions, and/or direction of Kami-Con, Kami-Con HAI, World ConQuest Inc., or the Bama SoS-Brigade. Vendors/exhibitors do not represent Kami-Con in any way.
Items identified as “Bootlegs” are not permissible to be sold at Kami-Con. This can result in a breach of contract and removal from the event if the vendor refuses to remove said items.
A.I. Art products are not permissible to be sold at Kami-Con. This can result in a breach of contract and removal from the event if the vendor refuses to remove said items.
All merchandise bought or sold at Kami-Con is done strictly between vendors/exhibitors and attendees/buyers. Neither Kami-Con nor World ConQuest Inc. is party to or responsible in any way for any transactions made between said parties.
All adult materials must be either behind the table or, if displayed on the table or display rack, bagged or covered so that minors may not be able to open them. Any adult material containing nudity must be covered in accordance with local and state laws. The exhibitor agrees not to sell any adult materials to minors.
No tables will be reserved unless paid in full. There are a limited number of Vendors to be invited.
Refund Policy: if you have paid for your booth and canceled prior to January 06, 2026, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be given after January 06, 2026, once a table is reserved. All Sales are Final
