Community Organization 2026 Application

Welcome to the application for Community Organizations at Zenkaikon 2026, taking place March 19th to 22nd, 2026!  This is a new application for local and related organizations who wish to promote their group and events.  All tables will be in the Artists' Alley, which is the convention's area for creatives to showcase and sell their artistic works.  However, there are strictly no sales allowed at the Community Organization tables.

Important Changes from Previous Years:

We ask that organizations, as well as artists upload photos of your group or table/booth setups from past events directly to the Eventeny application. This is to help us make the jurying process more efficient as we deal with an increased number of applications.
Artists' Alley Hours (subject to change)  

Community Organizations are subject to the same hours and guidelines.

Thursday Setup: 10:00am - 10:00pm
Friday Setup: 10:00am - 12:30pm
Friday: 12:30pm - 8:00pm (first 30 minutes for Premium attendees)
Saturday: 10:00am - 8:00pm (first 30 minutes for Premium attendees)
Sunday: 10:00am - 3:00pm (first 30 minutes for Premium attendees)

You must fill out this form to be considered as a Community Organization in the Artists' Alley in 2026, even if you have already applied and/or been an exhibitor with us in the past.

(Note that this is not the Exhibit Hall application. Only groups and organizations without active selling at Zenkaikon may apply.  Any organizations applying here are not permitted to sell merchandise (such as apparel, tickets, memberships, art, figurines, DVDs/BDs, manga/books, etc.)  If the organization has plans to sell anything, we suggest they should apply for Artist Alley instead.

We will contact you using the email you use for this form. Ensure it is correct before continuing. You will be able to edit your application after submission in the case you need to change contact information, request additional tables or spaces, or edit your public business description.

Community Organizations are subject to the same Terms and Conditions as all Exhibitors, participating in Zenkaikon 2026.  Please read carefully the following "Exhibitors" Terms and conditions. 

Exhibitors agree to be present at Zenkaikon 2026, and to adequately staff their space and sell merchandise during the entirety of the event's opening hours. Spaces that are not set up by the time of the opening of Artists' Alley on the first day of the event will be considered abandoned and forfeit, and subject to resale at the discretion of Zenkaikon staff.

Exhibitors agree to also follow all other convention policies for the Artists' Alley at this URL: https://zenkaikon.com/events/artist-alley/. Exhibitors further agree to ensure and take responsibility for any individuals representing them at the event, including without limitation employees, vendors and temporary staff, to follow Zenkaikon behavioral and other policies at this URL: https://zenkaikon.com/about-zenkaikon/policies/

Exhibitors acknowledge that they will need to obtain liability insurance for Zenkaikon 2026. Our venue requires that all vendors provide business insurance coverage for the weekend. Due to this we are unable to make exceptions to this rule. As we did last year, Zenkaikon may be able to provide temporary coverage for our event for purchase. We will provide this information closer to that time. Exhibitors that are unable to provide proof of insurance at the event will forfeit their space.

If accepted, exhibitors agree to grant Zenkaikon Entertainment, Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual license to use and reproduce any logos, photos, or other requested promotional information in Zenkaikon's publications, online directories, and other platforms for the sole purpose of promoting the exhibitor's presence and merchandise at the event.

Refund Policy: Payment methods will not be charged until October 31st, 2025, or, for late applications, five business days after acceptance of the application. Exhibitors may cancel their application at any time up until payment is charged. After payment is charged, refunds and future credits will only be issued in the case of force majeure or at the discretion of Zenkaikon staff. No refunds will be issued as a result of violation of event policies, fraudulent information on an application, or failure to show up to the event.
