About the event

The Salt & Smoke & Sound Festival is an exciting new community event that merges two successful festivals: the Harvest Festival and Salt & Smoke Fest. This event will bring together the best of high-quality food, craft beverages, and live music, creating an incredible experience for attendees. The festival will feature renowned chefs, pitmasters, and brewers, alongside a curated lineup of musicians and performers. With a focus on culinary excellence, artisanal craft, and top-tier live entertainment, Salt & Smoke & Sound will be a celebration of food, culture, and music in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. The festival will take place at Blackwood Farm Park, a scenic and well-equipped venue that provides ample space for food vendors, music performances, and community engagement. The park’s natural beauty and accessibility make it the ideal location to host an event of this scale while preserving a comfortable and safe environment for attendees. Limited parking will be available on-site (for purchase) and additional parking with shuttle service will be provided in the event of overflow needs.

Terms & Conditions

This application is for food vendors who are not selling from a vehicle / food truck and only need space for a table and/or tent (not provided). No waste water disposal on-site.

 

Due to health code, no food preparation can be done on-site - all food preparation needs to be done offsite in a licensed and inspected kitchen. Food for the event must be stored with proper temperatures maintained for the duration of the event. 

 

Parking is included in the vendor fee and all items must be brought from the parking to the festival grounds via hand truck, cart, or by hand unless the vendor is committed to loading in no later than 11am and staying until after crowds have cleared around 11pm. No vehicles will be allowed to drive through any guest areas between those hours. 

 

All vendors are expected to be self-sufficient when it comes to any necessary tables, tent / shade, power, point of sale system, cellular connectivity (Verizon 5G only on-site), ice, water, and trash and recycling.

 

NO BEVERAGES will be approved to be served by food trucks. All beverages will be sold by the festival (some exceptions may be made for dessert drinks - please include description of those items in your application for approval).

 

Prices

Food Table or Tent $150.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
