Large Business Vendors

Elevate your brand visibility and showcase your support for the LGBTQ/SGL community by becoming a large business vendor at Baltimore Pride 2026! This is your chance to align your organization with a historic event and connect with a massive, engaged audience. Early submission pricing ends March 13th.

 


New this year!!! All vendors will pay one all inclusive fee for a full weekend of Pride festivities!! Your fee includes: (1) 10x10 tent, electricity (if needed), (1) 6ft table, and (2) chairs. 

Please note on your application if you require electricity for your space. Additional tent space can be requested for a cost.

Letter from the Organizer Dear Community Partners, Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Baltimore Pride 2026. We’re excited to invite you to be part of this year’s celebration—“Charm City Homecoming: Pride Lives Here.” Baltimore Pride has always meant something special. It’s not just about one weekend. It’s about showing up for each other, making space for joy, and reminding people they don’t have to shrink themselves to fit in. For a lot of us, Pride is the one time we can fully breathe, fully belong, and be surrounded by community that feels like home. That’s why this year’s theme matters so much. “Pride Lives Here” is a message to every LGBTQ/SGL person who has ever wondered if they’re welcome. It’s a reminder that Pride doesn’t only exist on a stage or in a parade route—it lives in our neighborhoods, our families and chosen families, our local businesses, our community leaders, and the people who keep showing up, even when things are hard. A sponsorship from your organization isn’t just a logo on a banner. It helps us build a Pride that’s safe, affirming, and accessible—and it helps us keep this work going beyond Pride season. Your support strengthens the Pride Center of Maryland’s ability to serve the community year-round, especially those who are most impacted by systemic barriers—Black LGBTQ/SGL communities, trans and gender-expansive folks, and people navigating housing and behavioral health challenges. Please note a Large Business is defined as having 50+ employees. Government agencies are also considered large businesses.

 

No Refund Policy:
Please note that all vendor and parade participant fees are non-refundable. In the event that you decide to withdraw from the event, no refunds will be issued.

Prices

Saturday Large Business Vendor $1,700.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable One-Day Booth Rental Reserve a booth for one day of Baltimore Pride 2026 and connect with thousands of attendees during the celebration. This option includes a designated vendor space for your selected day. Vendors must fully pack up all materials at the end of the day.
Sunday Large Business Vendor $1,700.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable One-Day Booth Rental Reserve a booth for one day of Baltimore Pride 2026 and connect with thousands of attendees during the celebration. This option includes a designated vendor space for your selected day. Vendors must fully pack up all materials at the end of the day.
Two Day Booth Renntal Saturday and Sunday ( Overnight Security) $3,000.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Two-Day Booth Rental (Discounted Rate) Be present all weekend with our discounted two-day booth option. Vendors receive space for both days and may leave their setup secured overnight — no need to pack up between event days. This option offers greater visibility and extended engagement throughout Pride weekend.
Tent Fee $100.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Booth Package Add-On – $100 Need equipment? Add our $100 booth package to your registration. This includes one tent, one table, and two chairs for the duration of your rental. Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
