Small Business Vendors
Are you a small business looking to expand your reach and connect with a diverse audience? Baltimore Pride 2026 offers an incredible platform for artisans, crafters, and independent entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services. Early submission pricing ends March 13th.
New this year!!! All vendors will pay one all-inclusive fee for a full weekend of Pride festivities!! Your fee includes: (1) 10x10 tent, electricity (if needed), (1) 6ft table, and (2) chairs.
Please note on your application if you require electricity for your space. Additional tent space can be requested for a cost.

Please note a Small Business is defined as having 50 employees or less.
No Refund Policy:
Please note that all vendor and parade participant fees are non-refundable. In the event that you decide to withdraw from the event, no refunds will be issued.

| Two-Day Booth Rental (Discounted Rate) | $1,000.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Be present all weekend with our discounted two-day booth option. Vendors receive space for both days and may leave their setup secured overnight — no need to pack up between event days. This option offers greater visibility and extended engagement throughout Pride weekend. |
| Tent Rental $100 | $100.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Need equipment? Add our $100 booth package to your registration. This includes one tent, one table, and two chairs for the duration of your rental. Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. |
