Join us for The Garden’s annual Holiday Market, a boutique shopping experience featuring top Indiana artisans. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 and Sunday, November 9, 2025. The market is held at our beautifully reimagined bank space at The Garden (3308 N Anthony Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46805).

 

Open to shoppers:

• Saturday, November 8, 11am-7pm

• Sunday, November 9, 9am-1pm

 

Event Highlights:

• Artisan Vendors: Shop a curated selection of handmade items, including holiday décor, gifts, paintings, jewelry, clothing, home décor, accessories, and more.

• Live Music: Enjoy live performances to enhance your shopping experience.

• Food and Beverages: Savor offerings from local food trucks and a selection of beverages, including beer and wine.

Terms & Conditions

A Retail Merchants Certificate is required to vend. Any individual or business entity engaged in the selling or transferring of tangible personal property is considered a retail merchant and is required to be registered as such (by filing Form BT-1) with the Indiana Department of Revenue. https://forms.in.gov/Download.aspx?id=2466

 

Accepted applicants are based on quality and variety of goods and the ability to tastefully display a booth.  Completing this application does NOT guarantee participation - this is an application, not a registration.

 

The Garden Holiday Market is seeking to showcase highly crafted, family-friendly products made by local artists and artisan vendors.  We will feature a very wide variety of Indiana-based artists and makers including items such as paintings, jewelry, clothing, home decor, accessories, furnishings, vintage finds, upcycled items, holiday decor and gifts.

 

Please complete this application if you feel your items fit this style or description. No direct sales company vendors will be acceptedVendor booth registration fees start at $95, depending upon your space and display needs. Apply as soon as possible as spaces are limited. A maximum of 40 vendors will be accepted for this two-day event. If you are accepted, you will be emailed an invoice and a confirmation of all booth selection details.

Application fee $1.00 Non-refundable There is a $1 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
8x8 Booth $95.00 Non-refundable All booths are located INDOORS at one of our two locations - The Garden or the Greenhaus. All indoor booth areas are 6'd x 8'w. A maximum of two booth spaces can be purchased per business. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, display and seating. We do have a limited quantity of items available as rentable add-ons. Chosen requests below are NOT a guarantee of provision since items are limited and are first-come, first-served. If accepted into the event as a vendor, we will email you back with a confirmation of your booth selection details along with the grand total due and an invoice.
