Terms & Conditions

The Munchyfest Farmers Market & Food Truck Experience welcomes vendors from diverse backgrounds—including farmers, food trucks, packaged foods, and local artisans. Applicants should ensure all forms are complete, required permits attached, and documents accurately reflect their business for this specific event.

Accepted Categories & Descriptions
Farmers: Fresh produce, plants, honey, and farm goods grown or produced locally.

Food Trucks: Mobile food facilities with valid local health permits, serving hot or cold prepared foods.

Packaged Foods: Products prepared in commercial kitchens, including baked goods, preserves, and specialty items.

Artisans/Crafters: Handcrafted non-food items created personally by the vendor.

Event Protocols
Submit all paperwork—including insurance, permits, and high-resolution logo photo—with your application.

Vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness, and follow staff instructions.

Spaces are assigned by the market manager; selection criteria include creativity, craftsmanship, and fit with event theme.

Food Management
Food vendors must hold current health permits and follow safe handling practices at all times.

Temporary food facilities submit concessionaire applications and follow county food safety protocols.

All food items must be labeled and sourced according to legal requirements.

Parking, Setup, & Breakdown
Parking directions and booth assignments will be provided before the event.

Vendors must arrive for setup at designated times, supply their own tables, tents, and necessary equipment.

At event close, breakdown must be prompt and respectful of other vendors and the property.

The event is rain or shine—plan accordingly.

Application fees $25.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Food Tent $400.00 Non-refundable This is the entrepreneurial package found online
Electrical Outlet $60.00 Non-refundable
